WOW! So lets do both, 10K and 40K of average adults just their mass no ship. How many penis rockets to lift 10 and 40 thousand humans off the Earth's crust....respectively. Remember to show your work children!

Converted to tons = 780 & 3122 tons respectively
divided by penis rocket payload limit(150t)
= 6 & 22 launches in pure mass only, respectively

Now let me be clear you are not fitting 10,000 living humans into 6 StarShips unless you blend them on high first. You are talking probably 5-20 times that many launches to get them into orbit alive. Then you still need to launch the materials and worker to assemble the craft in orbit. Now take away any scrubbed missions for weather or safety and you see the issue.

The sad truth, the one you all run from, is chemical rockets will never get us past orbit. That's all they are meant for. We need to start building a train to space and we need to start yesterday. Oh well, die in the gravity well for all I care.
