No, it's the nurture side that claims it's all nurture, the nature side says it's about 80%(current estimate) nature.

I don't believe that's what the study shows. Have you actually read the full thing, or just the wiki entry?

The Black adoptees scored lower than the White ones, by the same amount as they usually do. IOW the White parents did not significantly increase the scores of the Black adoptees
