It could be that they generally have worse resolution then their competitors, and I don't think the military gives them much money for that reason as it's not useful to them. 5-10 a day revisit rate isn't that good either, WorldView Legion should be up to 15 times and that is still far from ideal. It also could just be that we haven't yet found all the uses for technology like this and it's hard to conceptualize how you can use it. Surely having real-time surveillance over the entire world must have a total addressable market of more than forty billion, or whatever it is.
