It's a hell of a situation, knowing either it is b12 deficiency and snorting is simply insufficient and intramuscular injection is somehow necessary only because sustained and constant release of b12 is necessary for my body to start utilizing it again. Or alcohol abuse somehow causes gss to present ~20 years early and then progression of the symptoms slows to a halt when alcohol consumption is ceased. Which is more plausible?

Waiting 2 months to see a doctor 3 hours away, and then her not so much as ordering a blood test, made me realize that there is always a doctor who graduated at the bottom of their class, and that any retard can be a doctor contingent only on if they try sufficiently hard in school. There is no such thing as learning the stupid away. This apparently can't be left up to noname, plebeian doctors to infer the correct solution in a timely manner, such that even snorting vitamin b pills is more time-efficient than waiting for 2 months to see an actually stupid doctor.
