Pure "Aryans" in a racist sense don't exist, the Nazi ideal is mistranslated:
German "Rasse" = Breed (like dog-breed)
English "race" = German "Volk"

The "Die arische Herrenrasse" = "the Aryan master-breed" does not refer to an existing race but a non-existing breed intended to be created using breeding stock of (diluted) "aryan" races and honorary aryans (e.g. Japanese).

The opposing fraction that won "Father of the EU" Coudenhove-Kalergi proposed a different mix for a smaller group creating a ruling master/politician-breed:
Jews = purest city-archetype and royalty = purest rural archetype.

While the Nazi breeding plan was likely to affect the whole population Kalegi did not care much about the mix of the average population and predicted Europeans to end up darker "Similar in appearance to the old Egyptians." This was however not a planned/forced plan (at-least not based on the books he wrote that I read) and only a prediction of what is likely to happen.
... which is also taking into account proposals like the atlantropa-project.
