Hey /sci/
I've been thinking about one problem. I can't handle this on my own. So:
Let's say we are somewhere on Earth. And now we look where the Sun is and we walk in that direction, and we change our path as the Sun "travels" acroos the sky. During night we also try to get to the Sun, by choosing the shortest way on the Earth's surface. And my question is:
What geometrical shape will our path create? Will it be an elipse? I think it largely depends on our speed and on the latitude of place we are.Can somebody help me? I hope you understand what I said.(not a native speaker).
