Say you actually create an Alcubierre drive and you can use it to travel at juuuuust below the speed of light, say 99.99999% of it-would you experience time dilation while inside of your locally warped bubble of space time? Would a journey of several thousand lightyears to you seem to happen in only a small amount of time?

If you simply made sure to mix it in slowly so it became very dilute, could you simply get rid of all our current nuclear waste in the ocean while having no significant effect on human or animal life?
