I'm at my last semester in high school and i want to apply to an American University. but something are really confusing to me. Like the American GPA system. I'm hopefully having 90 on high school, which in the American system is like... B+ or A...

Weaning off foreign oil should be America's top priority. More than 80% of your energy comes from fossil fuels, and most of that is oil. While I think you should be allowed to drill for oil in your own country, if you think it will suffice, get real. You need to develop real energy alternatives. You are a pioneer in nuclear power, you have the technology, so use it for God's sake. Keep buildan hybrids and electric cars. If you can give hundreds of billions of dollars to Wall Street and countries that hate you, surely you can invest a few billion to achieve energy independence.

Don't think you still have to deal with shitty dictatorships and countries that hate you for whatever oil and other energy resources you need.

Fact: You purchase most of your energy from Canada, and Canada is your largest oil supplier. Even Mexico exports more oil to America than Saudi Arabia. Note that neither of your two neighbours are in OPEC.
