Chaos theory, weather is a system with a fuck ton of variables and sometimes a very small minor thing can flip the entire system. this doesn't mean that there isn't any patterns but it means that it's much harder to accurately predict especially in short intervals. it' easier to say what's the weather is going to be for 10 years than what's the weather going to be tomorrow, sort of.

"Chaos theory is a branch of mathematics focusing on the behavior of dynamical systems that are highly sensitive to initial conditions"

>everything is deterministic
>webm lizard doll fart cartoons were predetermined at the beginning of time.
You would go mad thinking about this absurdity.
If everything is chemistry, than everything is math, everything is determined, is wrong.
Hint:the answer is rounding errors being a function and not an error in gods plan

there are some fields that sort of revel in the disorder of things, or rather explore what appears to be orderly and what does not. I mean, I don't know of any physicists who will insist that quantum mechanics will eventually be completely predictable, and there are concepts like order out of disorder in mathematics (pic relate) along with fuzzy logic and the study of entropy.

is there a program that displays a mathematical function by just drawing a graph?

This has the period with the arbitrary initial angle.

It's still called a simple pendulum without the small angle approximation. I believe complex pendulums usually refer to chaotic pendulums like an atwood's pendulum or double pendulum

So we've told that entropy can never decrease and that "The entropy of the universe tends to a maximum." quoting Rudolf Clausius.....

BUT.. We have also been told that in the last millions (or billions) of years atoms and molecules bumped against one another to form planets and galaxies.

FURTHERMORE, we have been told that monocellular beings not also evolved in more complex beings with more than a cell, but evolved in animals which are made of different organs which cooperate together perfectly in order to guarantee life, AND most of them need another animal in order to procrastinate its kind.

All this happens in a universe which tends to chaos.

Seems legit.

Well you are not completely wrong. Let me rephrase to clear up misunderstandings.

>An unstable system is a system where small perturbations become large perturbations.
This is correct.

A chaotic system is a dynamical (therefore deterministic) system where very small changes to initial conditions lead to completely different outcomes.
