So a while ago a bunch of my friends met up with our favorite artist and they got a few things

A Flash Drive
A Mug
A magazine

On the flash drive there was a document with this code and if we can decode it, it will lead to a download with a link to a song called Eav. None of use have any clue how to decode it though. Heres a few things we have though:

Then we found this hidden within the items they received:

From Mugs: 184h 38bc h291
From Inside the USB Case: 00c4
From Magazine: A & 1

We have no clue if what we found helps decode the url, but we have no reason to believe why it wouldn't. I wish i had the picture of the codes on the items, but sadly I don't. I do have a picture of the flash drive itself though which can be seen here:
