At what point do you think is the limit in math and science for a 'normal' person? In my chem class, the nurse hopefuls... mostly old women and liberal arts people are hating the formulas used for easy shit like finding molarity and calculating pH, etc. They literally have no idea how to do it most times and they retort by saying they won't use this ever.

To you, at what point do you think someone has to have a general interest in math and science? When they go into Calc? Further?
