I use this site, it's the most accurate IQ test you can take online without a doctor imo and has the most prestige of all online iq tests

the first time I took it I got a 106, after a few more tries I got it up to 115. I usually take one every weekend to improve my abstract reasoning and maintain brain plasticity. your score might plateau after a while in which you need to take a month long break to reset your brain. my first plateau happened around the 120 mark (I'm up to 135 now after 4 years). My goal is to get it up to at least 142, after which I can put it on my resume (I think anything below 140 is embarrassing to put on a resume, but 140 exactly seems suspicious like 'haha oh wow this guy's iq is exactly the threshold to be a genius what are the chances?' so 142 is a good number)

when i really need a good kick to the cerebellum i use a nose spray I filled with pinesol and amonia based smelling salts. it lasts for 2 hours but afterwards you'll feel stupid for the rest of the day like the guy from flowers for algernon so I reserve it for really tough exam finals)

now that's for abstract reasoning for memory enhancement I use something called 'memory tulpas' they're kind of like a cross between memory palaces and tulpas. I figured since humans are hard wired to be efficient at memorizing faces I could basically encode information into the details of a human face and file that away as a tulpa which I can summon at any time. for instance i have a memory tulpas for galois theory, one for e8 x e8 heterotic string theory, two for interuniversal teichmuller theory since that's a big one (that tulpa is basically a conjoined twin like the ashley sisters),etc etc.
