I don't get it.
If we choose b3 = b2 = 1, and b1 = 2, then this system clearly isn't consistent because if we take the top row and we (for example) let x1 = x2 = x3 = 1, then we have 1 - 2 + 5 = 4 =/= b1, hence the system isn't consistent.
Am I missing something here?
