Hey /sci/, quick question.

Do you think lasik is worth it?

The reason I ask is because if one has the myopia gene that supposedly causes mitigation of your eyesight, wouldn't it eventually counter-act the surgery?

I'm not getting at you, I think the whole education system actively works against teaching people, and the mathematics curriculum is completely wrong

Everyone on my dads side of the family is a engineer.

That feel when you get a class where the professor just derives equations then shows you how to plug in values but not how to interpret the problems.

That feel when you have to learn everything from the book.

That feel when university is just paying money to get a piece of paper to make money, not actually learning anything.
