I do believe have found the problem...

Also, since I have been in bad mental states, and after my own research, anything like this is either brought on by the brain or a malfunction from stressful events. I fucking hate the term 'disease' as it makes it sound like something ELSE is causing the problem, rather then the brain just messing up and not functioning as you desire.

This is not hard to accomplish. Its not hard to edit video and audio clips, keep the synching, and patch them together.
