You probably have neanderthals and niggers living fairly seperated for a long time. Then niggers went into Europe at some point and mixed with neanderthals, then after some time those people then went back into Africa and spread some neanderthal genes. I doubt you would have had actual neanderthals going back into Africa since they seemed, from what we know, very adapted to a cold climate.

It's important not to put to much emphasis on these things when it relates to the current situation and the difference between the current human races. Whether or not niggers have some neanderthal genes like the australian aboriginals doesn't change their iq or behaviour.
Right now it seems to me that since people heard that africans didn't have neanderthal genes but everone else did that in general the viewpoint was that neanderthal genes must be part of the reason why europeans and asians are more evolved. That might be true, but it could also be wrong. Maybe the neanderthal genes play no important role. It's hard to say.

It would explain why niggers are so far behind evolutionary despite having had the biggest headstart of all the humans. In Africa unlike other places on Earth there is a small but consistent influx of chimp and bonobo genes into the human population. Something that is not biologically possible anywhere else on the globe. I saw in India that some indian men had catched a female orangutang and used the poor thing as sexslave. But since the orangutang is so far an ancestor that cannot lead to offspring no matter how many times they raped the poor thing. The same thing is not true in Africa. There is nothing biologically impossible about what I am suggesting and human depravity knows no bounds for some people. They fuck anything, dogs, horses, cadavers and probably even worse that my imagination can't conjure.
