Can most aspects of humanity be explained through evolution? It feels wrong to apply a primarily genetic theory of adaption over enormous time frames to thousands of years of one species, but whenever I have conversations with people who subscribe to evolutionary psychology and determinism and materialism they just answer every question about morality, consciousness, reason, etc. with it being 'evolutionary favorable, otherwise we wouldn't have it'.

If the speed of light is the fastest unit of speed, how are some stars and galaxy's etc moving away from us faster than the speed of light so that we will never see them?

Or maybe every thing this applies to is moving in an oppersite direction to us so it works out they arnt moving faster than light but we are just seperating faster than the speed of light can travel

What do you guys think the end goal for the universe is, if there is one. What caused the big bang to happen? Is there a reason or end goal for evolution like some sort of ultimate being that cant evolve no more. Is there a bigger picture?

I know these dont have definitive answers, they may not even have answers at all but i like to here peoples theorys and people on this board are generally critical thinkers so i thought it might be interesting to hear
