I noticed that on bottles of diet soda it now says 1kcal per seving instead of 0 because obviously its not just water.
Now i know its effectively 0kcal because of thermic effect of metabolism and whatnot but what would the sweetener be classed as biochemically?
It says 0g carbs AND 0g protein so i Aspartame classed as an alcohol nutrionwise then?

How difficult does organic chemistry at the undergrad level tend to be?
I've seen some people say it's very difficult, but I've seen others say it's not so bad, and that the former group only struggled because they basically tried to memorize all the types of problems they might encounter, rather than actually understanding the principles.
