Look, the biggest problem with all of these systems is the variable; humans.

As long as humans are willing to put personal gain ahead of the advancement of the species, none of them will work. As soon as we stop that, all of them will work, and it would jut be a matter of which is more efficent; I would say Communism.

The only real thing you can do in the mean time is educate people who are interested in being educated. There are alot of people who are willingly ignorant for lots of various reasons. Those people also seem to have a higher drive to reproduce because they're literally so stupid their children have a lower chance of survival.

The problem with a meritocracy is that someone is going to have to judge and define merit, and when you put so much power in the hands of someone, curruption is not only inevitable, but it will apply much more quickly and much more harshly.

But by all means, continue in your pseudo-intellectual thought and continue to be condescending to anyone who detracts from your ideas.
