/pol/ really is the worst. They invade every fucking board with their psyops garbage and inject their toxic philosophy into everything they can, but /sci/ seems to be a favorite target of theirs as a means to retroactively seek scientific justification for their stunted worldview.

I think people are attracted to this stormfag bullshit because they're losers with no achievements of their own, so they cling desperately to the broadest of broad in-group identities -- aka race. If you have no real accomplishments of your own, why not appropriate the accomplishments of your betters who happen to share the same phenotype as you, all the while believing yourself superior to some vague, caricaturized racial boogeyman? Seems like the perfect way to cope with the overwhelming cognitive dissonance you experience daily as a result of having wasted the prime years of your life on a Mongolian moving pictures imageboard.
