Went shooting with my dad and his friend once and I forgot I had one earmuff off my ear. 58. caliber musket 5 meters away and my ear was still ringing the next day.
Our corporal came in our room to give some orders and he was completely drowned out by a firing line 50 meters away. Can't imagine a 7.62x39 going off next to me indoors, that damage is permanent.

is it? i'm a sophomore MechE student and i just landed a full time paid internship making $18/hr over the summer, and my boss is hell-bent on hiring me on as a co-op until i graduate, and then full time permanent afterwards making $40/hr which is extremely good for my area. i'll probably stop at my AAS because ~$80k is more than enough to live comfortably while supporting a family in my area.

Well, there's always the space gun. It probably will fuck up every payload but theoretically it can put satellites into orbit extremely cheaply.

I wonder why that happened. It was probably goverment-rays from the NWO-devices they launched.

That gigantic fireball and presumably shockwave too that resulted from firing a 180kg projectile at 13 000km/h was probably just a projected hologram.
