I want to start a STEM commune.

It would have a constitution that asserts fundamental moral values and objectives of the commune to escape the nihilist dread of society and encourage highly motivated individuals to join.
Then we would buy land in an isolated location and start making money by running a military contractor organisation that focuses on very lucrative jobs to design equipment and weapons. Our discrete and neutral location would be perfect for experimentation that governments don't explicitly want to do, therefore offering a premiere service with a premium price tag.

Then we could secretly perform subterfuge that fans the flames of war to maintain our profit. We will use the money to secure our existence, a nation built for the some purpose of benefiting the members of that nation above all else, a nation that will breed humans superior in every way who will be considered Gods to the subhumans and accelerate human evolution to coincide with the rate of technological advancement while the outerhumans squabble in nihilistic apathy and mediocrity.

How do I make a good friend group - radical and highly motivated individuals whose only allegiance is to the interests of the group and the acquisition of superiority over all others?
