Hey /sci/ i'm teaching myself trig and i'm having a hard time understanding the complementary angle theorem and co-functions. The book is asking to find the exact value of the expressions. Here's an example:

tan35° x sec55° x cos35°

answer = 1

I stand the co-function identities but i'm having a hard time get to the answer on this problem.

Can anyone work this out step by step for me and explain wtf is going with these types of problems?
