college is a great place for a minor attracted person to work: they are in an environment where children rarely are, they are surrounded by healthy sexually mature adults that they can work on developing an interest in, and they are probably the least likely to sexually harass a coworker or student because they're not really attracted to them, which would be good in the eyes of management.

In fact, I think OP's obsession with violence is a more harmful behavior than a random person attracted to minors working at a college. It begs the question, why is OP so obsessed with this? What happened to OP when he was a child, and who did it? OP, the most important thing is that /you/ understand what event in your past is writing every second of your every day, filling your head with violent impulses. Imagine a day where you had no negative thoughts. Where you were just happy. The way to change human thought patterns is with habit, just write a different pattern, a different habit, over and over until the old ways are buried. You can have a good day, just replace the mental head smashing with puppies or something. Seriously, try looking at animal pictures here >>>/an/ any time you have a violent impulse. You can heal yourself OP, but it will take time.

I was just being contrary as a matter of course. Maybe that's rooted in insecurity, but if so it's why I belong here honing your data, so to speak. I share your belief this is the best place for that.
