A chick I know is literally eating 1k calories a day (all in raw vegetable salads, nuts and dried fruit) and runs 10 miles each evening. Previously she practiced self-starvation, lost her period, then gained 10 kg. No matter what she does now, she can't drop them. Explain this shit.
