Lab grown organs will fix it. Just replace dysfunctional, old organs with new ones. The only issue then is how to keep the brain healthy

That's pretty interesting. Apparently "ghost organ" penises have been attached to rabbits as a proof of concept and 66% of them managed to have an erection and reach ejaculation. Artificial bladders created via a "ghost organ" method (colonizing a connective tissue scaffold with cells from the patient) have also been succesfully implanted into humans as early as 1998.

Custom made penises aren't very far away.
