How, exactly, are these implemented? A latex suit is like a balloon that conforms to the skin. Add pressure and it is like inflating a balloon. That in itself does not aid in expelling sweat, instead all sweat would pool around your feet.

A while ago one anon wrote he was going to make a banesuit, wearable for many days at a time. Not sure how that project is going.
