What part of that didn't you understand.

I got the TI-80 when I saw my high-school maths teacher using it. He said he preferred casio, so I traded him my calculator at the time- this one.

How da'fak do you convert from degrees and minutes into decimal degrees on a calculator?

Got an example where you're given an angle of 75°32' and I can't figure out how to put convert it into decimal. Yes, I could do it by multiplying but there must be a simple function on a calculator.

I'm using Casio fx-85ES and I'm hoping someone else uses a similar model.

Pic related.

Virtually everyone uses pic related instead, but if you're an Engineer and don't give a shit about preserving irrational numbers what you already have or what (>>5201046) suggests will be fine too.

Because Japanese electronics are boss. I don't know why Americans all use those overpriced crappy Texas Instruments. Everyone in the rest of the world uses Casio. (UK here)
