The scariest part about this post is that while I think this is simply bait to trigger anons on /sci/ there are honest to goodness real life people at my job who have this thought processes.

When I brought up Japan's reaction to Covid 19 or the shit storm in Italy/Iran he pretty much just side step the conversation and start mouthing off about muh flu statistics. How in the flying fuck are grown adults like this?

You can hate the media without denying the seriousness of the situation.
