Based on data from Richard Lynn. Richard Lynn is a guy who believes southern italians have 10 iq points less than northern italians, because they are swarthier and have north african admixture. A theory thoroughly refuted here:

Read what he writes, the guy refers to studies conducted by italian researchers using raven's matrices. There are other discrepancies in European IQ's measured mentioned too.

Basically the IQ scores of countries in there are a load of lies.
Here's why R. Lynn does all of this:

Is this really an unbiased person? Even if we take his (wrong) estimates of IQ's it's still not about being white or black but smart, or is it?

R. Lynn is directly addressed refuted in the study I posted about sub saharan iq by the way. He cherry picked data.

I post some things, you look at them (apparently you can't, since you probably don't even know what a gene is).
You post some things, I tell you why what you posted is wrong. I don't know how many times this Lynn guy needs to be debunked.
