The universe is extremely fine-tuned for life, to the degree where you almost have to invoke some kind of multiverse hypothesis and apply the antrophic principle, but at the same time any kind of multiverse hypothesis means that we should be outnumbered by boltzmann brains. But shouldn't we also expect these boltzmann brains to be the simplest possible conscious observer (think some kind of human just after behavioural modernity), instead of a 21st century brain that can even entertain the idea of a boltzmann brain? So, just from probability, we can neither be a brain from evolution or a boltzmann brain. Just what's going on?
