What's the problem? The chinese are a noble and intelligent people, there's nothing wrong with cooperation. If they have the means, why not benefit from them?
The good people of PRC would be most cooperative with a plummeting and needful west, im sure of it. Xi is a good and honorable man, I'm positive he'd see to it.
