We need to invest more time and money into cognitive enhancement and anti-aging. The eventual goal would to have cognitive enhancement to the point where genetic differences in intelligence would become negligible. Metrics such as IQ will become archaic and irrelevant. Severe population control would take effect in response to anti-aging. Those who defy such regulation will be swiftly and without question oppressed into either compliance or removal from society. Those who spread and practice a idea that promotes the involuntary destruction of society are objectively detrimental and of no use.
We would adopt a culture similar to something you'd experience within a technocracy. The progress of science, engineering, and mathematics would be the prime directive of our species. Of course we'd still need the role of jobs outside of this domain, but it would merely be strongly ingrained within our culture. Anti-intellectualism and "anti-science" ideologies would cease to exist. Religion would become history. A memory of the heathen practices of our ancestors. Deism and atheism would likely be the only dominant viewpoints within the society. The favored philosophy would merely be that you should and will contribute what are have been deemed able to the human species based upon your innate talents. Whether it be writing, mathematics, etc (this will be only encouraged). You will not be forced into a particular field, it will be up to your decision, but you will need to enroll in some progressive job position or activity. If you are in a position of being innately unable to contribute anything to society and become a burden, you will be euthanized. This will merely be understood as a necessity by our rational and highly educated species.
Also, this was implied throughout the earlier test, but humanity will be unified under a single core government. We will obviously have a. intricate system made up of subsets of government that will branch out.
