What am I in for?

is this the same author who wrote that E&M book with a reputation for being insanely difficult?

Hi /sci/ I'm a mathematics student familiar with functional analysis, Fourier analysis, the theory of PDE, and a little bit of theory behind differentiable manifolds. I'm very interested in studying physics as a hobby, right now I know virtually no physics. I'm mostly interested in the big theories like QM and GR, and don't really feel like working through countless freshman year classical mechanics problems. Are there any books you recommend? Is pic related good? It looks aesthetic.
