I will live to see aging cured and become an immortal.

I will become a cyborg, genetically engineer myself, and upload my consciousness into a data storage device and exist in virtual reality.

I'll live to see contact with aliens, to see humans spread out through the galaxy, and then other galaxies. I'll see the sun die, our galaxy joined with Andromeda, and I will travel time and visit parallel dimensions.

Some day I'll settle down and upload my conciousness into my own Jupiter Brain, and spend the rest of the universes existence being the god of my own computer generated universe, where time is slowed down so that every second in reality is experienced as billions of years for me

Transhumanism will happen. It's just a matter of time.
And it goes farther than getting chips and lifting cars.
We have all the tools to alter what we are. There is no limit.
I will be perfect, and live forever.
I won't have to walk, breath, or use the bathroom anymore.
I'll finally be able to lose my virginity.
I'll be able to bring anime characters into real life and create planets out of chocolate.

We're on the verge of a breakthrough in life extension. During our lifetimes life extension will increase the human lifespan to the point that it's almost certain that we'll live to see aging defeated completely, if nothing kills us before then.

1. Liquid fluoride thorium reactors waste heat creating fuels required, mandate many more cars to be electric by relatively nearby date, put funding behind finding an alternative for fertilizers, plastics and so on
2. Do you have any kind of advanced intelligence or foresight to validate your claim?
3. That's a good thing. Replace jobs with robots, let the people work in fields and hobbies they want, with an absolute Minimum Wage which is enough to let you live an okay life.

But with 3 this means schooling doesn't need to be so regimented for producing children for work, which is likely to turn less kinds off math in their early years.

Unless they fabricated the testimonials, it seems it works.

>"I do feel that since I've been taking TA-65, I can move and function like I used to. Now I can just stand up like I did when I was in grade school! I definitely recommend it. The experience has been a dramatic improvement in my macular degeneration and also just my overall health and moving around. I've got a lot more spring to my step." - A 77 y/o

I would like to see people discuss the possibility. That it. Just discuss it with someone who doesn't know about it. Don't have to agree that you are going to receive longevity extension or anything. Just by more people thinking about it, discussing it, possibly even deciding to go to university to help the progress of it will it come to pass.

It has already begun. Aubrey likely won't discover the cure, but he's turning heads. And that's all he needs to do.

The problem with luddism is that it is near-universal. It does not depend on political or life ideology, it's a sort of meta-ideology, like the antithesis of transhumanism.

Greenpeace, the Earth Liberation Front, PeTA, and the liberal luddites, and the conservative luddites like the paranoid old farts at the GOP and the Tea Party and such are essentially the same, the political ideology might be radially opposite but they have the same goal: Stop the future.

Pic oh so related.

If the ratio of human:animal features allows them to have human-level sentience, then I'd rather have them aborted before, um, hatching; than have them survive but see them all blind, deformed, utterly and irrecoverably retarded.

I still have strong moral and ideological convictions despite all these crimes against nature. Anyways, only luddites talk about "crimes against nature", lol.

I'd like to make a parahuman so I can show it to the world and be all like,

"Problem, Greenpeace?"
"Problem, conservatives?"
"Problem, luddites?"
"Problem, Young Earth Creationists?"
"Problem, non-transhumanists?"
