let's put the bet in other terms:
if you win (200 heads in a row) you gain immortality. if you lose (any tails) you get shot on the spot.
would you take the bet then?

the point is that even though the expected value is infinite, the probability of a bad outcome is so close to 100% (and the probability of a good outcome so close to zero) that the bet is unfavorable.
it's not about maximizing expected value, in this case. it's about avoiding losses.
