Math 3rd year here. Do you have really hard time focusing and reading? I have ADD, I take ritalin but I barely feel different except for a higher blood pressure.

I'm always look for concise books. It's really hard to read univ books, I just look for definitinos/theorems/proofs, write those down and ignore the rest. But I can't do that when the book is mostly long-winded crap verbose explanations.

How do you deal with this? Anyone here been successful despite it?
