Yep could be exactly what the plasma magnet sail needs for limitless power for outer planet/Kuiper belt/SGL missions

Funny enough the report this comes from omits the plasma sail altogether and gives brief mention to magnetic sails at the end (for slower transport of cargo)... IDK if NASA Langley is just ignorant of or actively avoiding it which is ironic because in their section on Cold Fusion (LENR) they mention how people found it incredulous and "too good to be true" but they praise it.
