The question stands, how do you convice an human that it is not AI without resorting to harm?

That is the weak conjecture. When mathematicans usually refer to goldbach conjetcure (without implicit specification), they are talking about the strong conjecture (not the weak). Although this is not really too important a point, you may want to note this, if you ever plan to do any serious work in this field.
