Penis lengthening surgery is actually relatively simple. They basically just cut the connective tissue/muscles that attach the top side of your penis to your pelvis.

this cut is made inside your abdomen, a centimeter or two below the skin, right above the top of your penis


it can add up to 2" inches in erect length.
Unfortunately, there is no simple way to increase girth. They usually have to insert skin grafts underneath the penile skin, or add other alien (to your own body) material to the spongy resevoir that fills with blood when you get an erection.


TL;DR: if you have a pencil dick, you are screwed. If you have a fat little nub of a dick, you are actually ok.

I'm a 23 year old NEET(Not in Education, Employment, or Training).

I have virtually no education, not in college, no job, and very little work experience. I'm the epitome of failure by both human and society's standards.

I've attended a community college off and on, and did incredibly well in the classes that I did bother to try in, acing those courses. Although I have nothing to be proud of as they were highschool level at best. I feel like if I had the motivation to try academically, I could easily achieve at least a decent education, although I never went to highschool(was homeschooled) so I've never really applied myself there.

What should I do at this point in my life to achieve something educationally on a higher level than a stain of dirt?
