This is a made up quote meant as a joke, but it's actually very close to his views, which are fucking ridiculous.
He's also stated that a totalitarian marxist/socialist welfare state is a must, or else we will all be forced into murder and cannibalism.
Not only does he not grasp the "testing" part of the scientific method, he goes off on political rants using logical fallacies every other sentence.
