Intuitively I'd suggest keep getting MRIs in case they see anything, but try this alternative therapy: Run 15-20 minutes 5 times a week and drink plenty of water, make getting good sleep a priority, and consult books to develop a strength training regimen starting with basic stuff like pushups to exhaustion.

Really, regular dilation of blood vessels, regulation of systemic endogenous hormones, routine massage of lymphatic tissues, is far better therapeautically than any drug or drugs for non-specific or ambiguous symptoms in the absence of clear clinical indications (like a real fat tumor in an MRI image).

Bottom line is that you can only improve your symptoms, and if you die anyway, at least you did the best you possibly could.

Good luck OP.
