Is there any link between racism (or nationalism) and intelligence/IQ

Being white, I feel I'm superior to a black person in any intellectual activity, I feel I'm in every way a lot more valuable to society. At the same time I'd never disrespect anyone because of their race, and I feel they are entitled to anything that I am. An exception would of course be higher salary and things of this nature, as my contribution must be by my definition greater than for example an average African-Americans contribution.

What is the technical term describing my view?
