What's a good book that teaches single-variable calculus, linear algebra, and multi-variable calculus in a one-stop solution?

I'm guessing Apostol's Calculus is my best bet, or are there any better alternatives?

If you truly wanted logic to prevail over emotion you would never have considered transitioning as a viable treatment method.
