standstill produces endless motion

some motion is not directly linked with endless motion
standstill on the other hand is directly linked with endless motion
people wrongly assume that standstill means there is nothing happening

according to Nietzsche (Eternal recurrence) & Camus (Sisyphos) enormous amounts of energy are needed to transition & uphold the state of standstill
