Why do you want unnecessarily expensive electricity? Boiling water in some fancy exotic method doesn't make the resulting electricity any better than doing it in the most efficient way.
Plus coal and gas enrich the atmosphere with CO2 as a bonus, nuclear power can't do that, it only produces burdensome toxic waste.

we already have a plethora of methods for boiling water, discovering new ones does not accomplish anything
