There's something I've been noticing about myself lately, ever since the end of my high school years (21 btw). I have this strange habit now of staying up for 36 hours straight, and sleeping 12 hours right after, adding up to this weird 48 hour period of a sleep schedule (these are mean estimates however). Can someone explain this to me? I've no idea why it's like this for me, and I've just noticed this recently. Wish I could give you more information right now, but I'm still trying to remember when after my high school years this started and how. ]=
