If you could choose the city of birth and gender; would you change your city of birth and gender?

Ok /sci/, thought experiment for you:

You have been transported to your native country, in the year you were born. You are naked, hungry you cant understand any language, cant speak, cant read or write, cant reason or understand, you are totally dependent on a man and a women that call themselves your parents.

What do you do?
