If they can make titanium attachment points for prosthetic feet for a cat. Where the skin is sealed tighter then a dolphins butt around the metal.Then why are human prosthesis still attached by cups and straps?

I have a friend with a hearing implant that has titanium screws through his skin and sealed skin.

Legs and especially arms should be attached to the skeleton. This would remedy so many problems that current prosthesis give their users.
