Aerospace engineer here
>Do you guys like the people you work with? What are they like?
Overall, they're pretty cool, but it's hard to generalize. I've got typical dads, boomers, an ex-preacher, a commie, a conspiracy theorist, and /pol/ all within earshot
>For those who work in a corporate setting, do you deal with the same shit that the average joe at the bottom has to put up with such as fluff initiatives and feighning enthusiasm about every little thing?
Maybe a bit, but no one feels any need to hide their distaste for it
>How are you reviewed?
Mid-year and end of year performance review with the manager. However, everyone agrees the current system sucks, so we're moving to a *conversation-based" system next year
>Do you have to put up with business graduates knit picking your every move ?
Technically, all of the managers I know are ex-engineers, but man, some are retarded. Thankfully, were here to let them know how dumb they are
>Is there effeminate drama and passive agreessive cattiness?
Maybe a little bit, since we're all really different (see above) but still have to work together to get thinga done. It's pretty minor, though
>I cannot continue this way of life.
Then just don't work in corporate lmao

Just get a job and work on your master's part-time through evening classes or online, and have the company you're working for pay for it
